Vacaville's dining scene is a treat! Hit up In-N-Out Burger for those legendary thin crispy fries that'll have you dreaming for more. The location is a stone's throw from great eats like Freebirds World Burrito, making it a delicious spot to fuel up. Also, the staff was super friendly, which totally made my day!
On the flip side, the wifi was out for three days during my stay. Talk about a tech disaster!

A room with a view
The staff was genuinely friendly and the room offered a delightful window view that made mornings feel special. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean!
Unfortunately, the wifi was out for most of my stay. It was challenging to stay connected while trying to unwind.

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and free parking. The staff even helped me return forgotten belongings on my first stay. I recommend it for anyone looking for comfort. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Location is excellent, right across from the shopping outlets and plenty of dining options. The covered parking spots, most likely for solar panels, add a nice touch.
The hotel feels dated with a musty smell, and climate control is old-school, not working smoothly. There's no elevator, which could be an issue for anyone with heavy luggage. The WiFi struggled during the stay, especially in room 127, where it was completely out for three days. Rooms showed signs of wear, including some damaged furniture, and the TV had odd issues like shutting off unexpectedly. There’s also an unusual extra charge for using an American Express credit card that felt out of place.

The room was large and comfortable, making our stay
enjoyable. Many restaurants nearby allowed for easy dining options. My only complaint was the desk staff who initially said the hotel was sold out, but later accommodated us to stay in the same room. Service could use improvement.

The King Room Sofa Bed was clean and comfortable, making for a restful night. The location was ideal, providing easy access to shops and eateries, which was great during my business trip. Breakfast was decent, but a bit of variety would make it better. On a downside, some amenities felt basic, and I noticed a lack of extra comfort items like additional pillows. Also, the wifi connection wasn't reliable throughout my stay.

comfortable stay but minor improvements needed
The bed in the room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I appreciated that the room was clean and neat, which added to my overall sense of comfort. The morning staff was exceptionally friendly, setting a positive tone for my day. Additionally, I loved how tastefully decorated the room was, offering a soothing atmosphere for my stay.
An elevator would enhance convenience for guests who may have mobility issues.

Cozy and convenient stop!
We spent one night here and loved how comfy the bed was—seriously, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and neat. The staff in the morning were super friendly. Just wish there was an elevator, though. hauling bags up the stairs wasn't ideal.

Perfect for a couple's getaway
The staff was helpful! I had a great interaction with Marygina at the front desk who not only helped me find a good restaurant but called later to check if everything was okay in my room. That kind of attention is rare.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
